COOKBOOK
Â
53 recipes and 7 essays to help you with your weight loss. I've compiled 35 of your favourites from my collection and I've created 18 new recipes just for this cookbook.
But it isn't just recipes. I wanted to do something different so I've included a section on tips and tricks, swaps and substitutions, navigating the grocery store when you're losing weight, and a checklist of staples I like to keep around.
I've also included a section on how I calculate the calories for my recipes because I wanted to show you how straightforward it can be and to make it easier to modify the recipes yourself.
There's a mix of low calorie recipes and lower calorie versions of some of our favourite foods. Everything from breakfasts and snacks, soups and salads, to main dishes and sweets.
There are links scattered throughout the cookbook so you can just touch your screen and go watch a video of me showing you how to make it.
Little Wins Tracker
When you’re losing weight it’s critical that you find ways to maintain momentum.
One key way is learning to celebrate your Little Wins – the things that might otherwise go unnoticed but that are actually all working together to make your weight loss happen.
Little Wins are an essential part of changing your relationship with food. You need to become an expert at spotting and celebrating them.
NOTHING is more motivating than seeing how far you’ve come. Keeping track of your Little Wins gives you a record of the changes you’re making.
 Grateful
When you’re getting bogged down in how hard it is to lose weight spending even a few minutes trying to come up with a few things you feel grateful for can shift your perspective.
This book shares the exact framework I use daily to help ensure that I'm meeting my goals and propelling myself forward. It's simple, easy to use, and it doesn't take up a lot of your time.
Weight loss isn't about the food, it's about your relationship with food. Focusing on gratitude is a critical component of repairing that relationship.
